By using Evergreen Lead Gen at evergreenleadgen.ai and app.evergreenleadgen.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description: Evergreen Lead Gen provides AI-generated B2B lead lists in CSV format for use with enrichment tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clay, and others.

Payments & Subscriptions: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. $149 one-time gives lifetime basic access. $19/month subscription enables weekly auto-updates (agent refreshes logic every Sunday). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your Stripe portal.

Usage & Restrictions: You may use the generated leads for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the raw leads or the service itself. Leads are generated using public data and AI — we make no guarantees of accuracy or deliverability.

Limitation of Liability: Evergreen Lead Gen is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or issues arising from use of the leads or service.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
